I was born in Chile but from many  years I live in Mexico, I am a painter and yoga teacher, and I enjoy very much to do both. I live in the city of Oaxaca in the south of Mexico, I work with other friends in a very nice place, a meditation and yoga center called Casa del Angel, a space where we can share and learn spirituality. You can visit  casadelangel.com.mx  .It was not my intention, first I was a scientific in the university in Mexico city, but only God knows how I ended up painting and teaching yoga….and teaching yoga is only my excuse to teach people to dance, to enjoy and make peace to their bodies, to listen to the silence,  to be still. I was incredible shy and hated people when I was young, now my biggest pleasure is to share with people. I organize groups and retreat of meditation, groups to help women,  and  I enjoy teaching creativity through art.  
I like nature, I need sometimes to go alone  to the mountains in Oaxaca , so clear, so beatifull, where I share with the river, the simple people, old women, the birds, and in the stillness of the mountains, in the awsome beaty of Existence, I regain my peace.   I have learned that if I give me what I need, what this body mind needs, I can be more compassionate, and help better other people.
